1. General

These Terms of Trade govern all services provided by Off the List Limited ("we", "our", or"us") to the client ("you" or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotations & Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.

Estimates are indicative only and may vary based on actual time, materials, and any unforeseen circumstances.

Any additional work not covered in the original quote will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings must be confirmed by phone, text, or email.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

A $50 cancellation fee may apply for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows.

4. Rates & Payments

Our standard hourly rate is $80 + GST, with a minimum call-out fee of $80 + GST. A vancharge starting from $25+GST will also be charged. If Travel is charged, this will be at the current IRD rate per km.

All materials and subcontractor costs (if required) are charged in addition to labour.

Invoices are issued upon completion and are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

Overdue invoices may incur a 2% monthly late payment fee and/or recovery costs.

We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer (account details provided on your invoice); or

- Cash

6. materials & supplies

Materials supplied by Off the List Limited remain our property until paid for in full.

We are not responsible for faults or delays resulting from materials supplied by you.

7. workmanship gaurantee

We offer a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all services provided.

This guarantee excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or materials not supplied by us.8. liability

We take all reasonable care while working on your property.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues caused by third-party work or materials.

9. Health and safety

We comply with all applicable New Zealand health and safety regulations.

You agree to provide a safe and accessible work environment and disclose any known hazards.

10. privacy

Your personal information is collected solely to provide services and manage your account.

We will not share your information without your consent unless required by law.

11. termination

We reserve the right to withdraw services if:

- Unsafe or hazardous conditions exist;

- Payment terms are breached;

- There is abusive, aggressive, or unreasonable behaviour.
